Arsenal 2-2 Liverpool

I'm not quite sure how referee Anthony Taylor can be allowed to officiate Arsenal games, after disallowing a legitimate Jesus goal and awarding a goal kick when replays showed it was an Arsenal corner.

Overall, the result was mildly disappointing. Liverpool are good enough not to need dodgy refereeing to add to their side of the equation.

Arsenal lost Gabriel and Timber, as well as Saka, who hobbled off. The injury list is increasing.

Kiwior did a good job as a sub, as did all the replacements, but were unable to stop Salah plundering an equaliser.

Once again, the officials take centre stage: they are ruining the game.

Perhaps Arsenal can win the title against the odds. On this performance, no one can rule it out.
