Arsenal 3-3 Southampton

After going 3-1 down to the table's bottom side, it was a remarkable turnaround for Arsenal to gain a point.

Odegaard pulled over back with a long-range effort, and then Saka struck, after the ball had been pinballing around the Saints box.

In a sense, it was a point gained, under the circumstances. However, the players and fans now know they must win at Man City to keep matters in their own hands.

Hopefully, Arteta won't start with Vieira in the next game. All of the subs except Nketiah did better than the man with the legendary name, but little else in his favour.

Trossard must start or even Nelson, who also looked lively.

Arsenal can still win the league, but they need to focus on the beautiful challenge ahead rather than the rising pressure.
