As impressive as Arsenal have been this season, few would expect the Gunners to be going in at half-time at Craven Cottage three goals to the good.
It could have been more, had VAR not ruled out an own goal opener for what was apparently offside, but didn't look like it.
The creator, Martinelli, scored a header from a Trossard cross, shortly after Gabriel opened the scoring with a goal that should have been ruled out, according to Alan Shearer. Ben White was not actually fouling Bernt Leno, so it's hard to understand exactly what the pundit is talking about.
Trossard crossed for the second and third goals, as Odegaard managed a precise struck after a yet another assist from the mercurial Belgian.
Now Arsenal simply need to avoid complacency, exemplified by Ramsdale's sloppy play that nearly resulted in a goal conceded.
Ramsdale 6 - shaky but largely untested so far
White 7 - relatively solid
Saliba 8 - went close with a long-range shot
Gabriel 9 - a goal away from home and tackling like a demon
Zinchenko 7 - quiet by his standards
Saka 6 - extremely quiet
Odegaard 8 - great goal and incisive passing
Partey 7 - solid
Xhaka 6 - missed a golden chance, after being set up by Trossard
Martinelli 8 - causing Fulham endless problems
Trossard 9 - pure genius!
