With the trio of Granit Xkaha, Takuma Assano and Rob Holding signed so far, Arsenal also do need to work on outgoing players as Arsenal can only play a limited number of players per season due to the Premier League squad rules.
In order to resolve the situation, Arsenal have agreed a deal with FC Dordrecht of for the loan transfer of Arsenal youngster Glen Kamara for the next one season. Arsenal signed Kamara from Southend in 2012, where he also spent part of last season on loan. Kamara has been a key member of the Arsenal Under 21 side for the last three years. He is primarily a defensive midfielder, but also plays as a centre back as well as as a right back when the occasion demands.
With Coquelin, Xhaka and even Krystian Bielik all ahead of him in the pecking order at Arsenal, a loan move away from Arsenal will make a lot of sense. And if he does well, he could well lay a claim to Arsenal's first team for the cup games, at least.
It is expected that Arsenal will officially announce the transfer of the powerful defensive midfielder in the next 48 hours.
Hopefully, Kamara will take courage from the fact that both Francis Coquelin and Jack Wilshere became regulars at Arsenal after spending some time on loan away from the club
Kamara is U21 and therefore would not count towards the 25-man squad.
