Xhaka arrival: 'Dream come true' – Midfielder confirms

The North Londoner’s new midfield signing Granit Xhaka has described his move to the Emirates as a “dream come true.”

The 23-year-old Swiss defender became Arsene Wenger’s first major signing of the summer transfer window earlier this week when he finished a switch from German club Borussia Mochengladbach.

Shortly, it’s believed that Granit Xhaka would have cost the North London club around £30m - making him the third most exclusive signing in Arsenal's history.

The Swiss international who has made over 100 Bundesliga appearances for Borussia Mochengladbach, declares he is delighted to have completed his move to the Premier League ahead of this summer’s European Championship in France.

Following Switzerland’s friendly defeat to Belgium on Saturday, He said to Sky Sports News HQ reporter Gary Cotterill,

"I feel good, now I'm happy to be a Gunner,”

"It's been a big week for me but now it's official and I'm very happy. Arsenal is a big club. I've seen the pitch, it's unbelievable. It was a dream for me and I'm happy now."

Ex-Arsenal defender Johan Djourou has backed his international team-mate to influence for Wenger's side next season and insists the midfielder is well-suited to English football.

He said, "He's got the ability to play the Arsenal way; he's got this aggressiveness about him that will help him in the Premier League," said Djourou, who went on to compare Xhaka to Italy's legendary midfielder Andrea Pirlo.

"He's a great ball player and a ball winner so I think in the midfield he could help a lot.”

"He's got the ability to play very long balls and precise balls. He reminds me a bit of Pirlo, the way he plays."

Djourou also revealed that Xhaka had asked him about his own personal experience of playing at the Emirates and living in London.

"He asked me a lot of things about London and the club and I could only say great things about it because I had a good experience there," said Djourou.

"I think the people at the club are just amazing so I think he's going to have a great time."

Not to be forgotten now is that the Arsenal in other news; are believed to have submitted an offer for Duvan Zapata, Napoli striker.

The 21-year-old Spaniard has scored 8 times in 25 appearances this season and currently, he is on a two-year loan at Udinese. The club president confirmed Arsenal’s bid for him and that the Napoli can recall the player early.

Arsenal to meet £19m release clause for super star

The Gunners will carry on their Swiss raid on the transfer market following reports, Arsenal are ready to meet the release clause of Wolfsburg’s Ricardo Rodriguez. In addition, they are also on the verge of signing Villarreal defender Mateo Musacchio.

According to news from Kicker (German newspaper), the north Londoners will meet Rodriguez’s €25 million (£19 million) release clause after the 23-year-old Swiss defender team-mate Granit Xhaka completed his move to the Emirates Stadium. (h/t Mirror’s Aaron Flanagan):

Many will see his £19 million release clause as a major bargain given his standing in Germany's top flight as the Swiss defender has another three years left to run on his contract at the Volkswagen Arena.

However, Bundesliga pundit Jan Aage Fjortoft claimed the release clause is only valid until June which in thus will place the Gunners under high pressure to get the deal done as quickly as possible as per what the pundit claimed:
He is poised to travel with Switzerland to UEFA Euro 2016 this summer, and the Gunners may see interest in his services hit the roof unless they seals a deal quickly.

In April, Chris Winterburn reported that Real Madrid were interested in a move for Rodriguez, tallying that Wolfsburg already had Alex Telles Galatasaray left-back lined up as his replacement:
In 2015-16, Nacho Monreal was utilized as the primary left-back by the Gunners manager, Arsene Wenger while the Jeremy Wilson from the Telegraph reported that Kieran Gibbs could leave face the exit door at the Emirates this summer.

Undeniably, “I think Rodriguez, who has already tallied 36 caps for his national team, would be conclusively considered an upgrade on either of those players.”

As per ratings from WhoScored.com, the defender averaged 1.5 key passes per league game last term, just below top-ranked Wolfsburg stars Max Kruse and Julian Draxler (1.7).

One more asset who could toughen Wenger's back line is Villarreal's Mateo Musacchio, but Spanish outlet Fichajes reported Roma FC will register competition for his services (h/t James Benson of the Daily Express).

This September, Per Mertesacker will turn 32 and Musacchio, 25, would provide a more youthful injection of pace alongside Laurent Koscielny.

Report has it that Manchester United and Barcelona have previously been interested in the Argentina international, and Ben McAleer of WhoScored.com has spoken highly of the centre-back's talents:
In January 2015, the north Londoners conducted business with the Yellow Submarine when they purchased Gabriel Paulista, and the English titans look as if complete to return to Villarreal this summer to acquire the 25-year-old Argentine defender as they look to beef up their defence as to next season.

Arsenal starlet admitted "happy" to hear from former club

The North London club defender, Hector Bellerin Moruno has been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium this summer.

The 21-year-old highly talented Spanish now appears to be a target for his former club, Barcelona and Manchester United including high interests from top clubs with the likes of Chelsea, and PSG.

On 30 May, the Spanish born was selected to start for the Gunners in the 2015 FA CUP Final; he helped the team keep a clean sheet in 4 – 0 win over Aston Villa at the Wembley Stadium.

By means of Barcelona set to let go of Dani Alves this summer, the Spanish champions could make a move for Arsenal’s tremendously talented right back and he thinks the interest from these clubs is ‘nice’.

According to reports from Bleacher Reports, Bellerin has admitted he’s “happy” to hear from former club Barcelona are linked with a transfer move for the full-back, he said that when the time comes, he would think about the interests from other clubs and that his agent is concerned with these matters.

He said, "Well, the truth is that right know this does not interest me because I focus on the national team. For those things I have an agent who deals with off-the-field issues," the Arsenal star said.

"When you have a good season, always news like this emerges. I am very misinformed about it, these are questions for my agent, but I am happy to attract the interest of such big clubs, that's always nice."

"I have said it before: I am very happy where I am and I do not think about anything else than the national team."

However, when questioned whether he would think through a return to Barcelona in the future, he answered:

"The things, until they come, you never know what to do, my agent does this job."

In addition, speaking about the potential departure of Dani Alves from the Camp Nou, he added,

"I do not know very well what's happening at Barcelona. If Alves leaves they will need a new right-back but there are a lot of good players around Europe."

Since his move from Barcelona to the Emirates Stadium in the summer of 2011, the 21-year-old has established himself as one best young right-backs in Europe ever since, impressing with his remarkable contributions to the passing game.

He is not included in the Spain’s UEFA Euro 2016 team, although, Bellerin is widely considered a future great, and player who already ranks among the Premier League’s best full backs.

According to both reports from Sport and Mundo Deportivo, they claim that Barcelona have earmarked the Gunners’ starlet as the man to fill the gap should Dani Alves finally leave Camp Nou this summer.

Spanish publications claim that any deal will not be easy as per the Sport, the Gunners will demand at least €40m (£30.4m, $45m) for Bellerin move to Camp Nou.

Mundo Deportivo also added that the competition to secure the 21-year-old services will be forceful, as Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, and PSG are interested signing the Spaniard.
In other news, the Gunners have submitted an offer for Duvan Zapata, Napoli striker. Zapata has scored 8 times in 25 appearances this season and currently, he is on a two-year loan at Udinese.

The club president confirmed Arsenal’s bid for him and that the Napoli can recall the player early.

He said, “There is a clause that allows Napoli to recall him early from the two-year loan”

“He is very happy in Udine, his agent said that too, and I hope he can remain with our jersey.”

“He also received many offers from abroad, including from Arsenal. However, first we want Coach Beppe Iachini to get to know the team so they can make shared decisions.” He added.

The North London club has been previously linked with moves for several strikers including Morata, Higuain and Lewandowski.

Arsenal set to land superstar ahead of Bayern Munich and Real Madrid - Gunners fans will love this

Ricardo Rodriguez, Wolfsburg full-back has been liked with a summer move the Emirates Stadium amidst keen interested from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

As per the reports from the Kicker and the Bild, the reports has it that the Gunners are monitoring the situation of the 23-year-old Swiss defender and the north London club are set to make an offer for Swiss should opportunity presents itself.

Last summer, there were links with European clubs with the 23-year-old Swiss defender but opted out to stay with Wolfsbug following the German club qualification for the Champions League last season.

However, Woflsburg has missed European competitions as they finished in the 8th position in the Bundesliga and the North London club are set to take advantage of this to lure the Swiss international to Emirates Stadium this summer.

However, the transfer fell through but Arsenal are now favourites to claim his signature, as they look to strengthen their team and end their 12-year-long title drought.

As quoted by the Independent, Arsenal interests was reignited with the Swiss earlier this year but were unable to complete a deal for the player.

The club has already captured Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach and is working towards bringing a striker, a centre-back, and probably a full-back in preparation for the Premier League next season.

The Swiss international has three years left on his current contract with Wolfsburg and would unite with his compatriot Granit Xhaka should he move to Arsenal this summer.

The North London club signed Granit Xhakafrom Borussia Mochengladbach earlier this week and he will be joining the club following the European Championships in France.

He would represent a clinical purchase by Arsenal give his valuation and the amount of energy he brings to a team.

Per Nacho Monreal entering his early thirties and his inability to adequately contribute in attacks often fails to separate him from the rest and no viable backup – excepting Keiran Gibbs – the need for a genuine left-back is visible for all to see.

However, Rodriguez would fix this situation and do just what Hector Bellerin is doing on the other side of the pitch for Gunners.

The left-back has three goals and four assists to his name this season, the Zurich-born defender is seen as someone who could fully utilise the height and strength of Olivier Giroud in the team. Rodriguez is an excellent crosser of the ball and Giroud would love connecting to those to tuck away chances.

Ricardo, Xhaka's team-mate with Switzerland national team is valued at €20 million and would be a good purchase for the North London club.

Elsewhere, there are reports linking the Gunners in the signing of Alvaro Morata, Romelu Lukaku, Mauro Icardi and a 'top top quality' centre-back with the likes of Kalidou Koulibaly often touted as a possible target.

From my perspective, I contemplate that, with Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte, and Jurgen Klopp all getting their first full-pre-season at England; its subservient Arsene Wenger is preparing his squad for what could be the best Premier League season ever.

Highly desirable Arsenal star confirms to stay with club

Arsenal star, Mesut Ozil has confirmed his commitment to the Gunners and says he’s happy to continue his stay at the Emirates under Arsene Wenger, who he has ranks as one of the ‘best managers in history’.

Ozil has delayed his contract talks for a second time with Arsenal and will wait unit after Euro 2016 to discuss his future with the north London club.

The 27-year-old player maker for the Wenger’s side in 2013 for a club record of £42.5million and ever since then he has experienced his best season to date at the Emirates under the Frenchman last term.

The Frenchman has come under huge pressure from the Gunners fans in recent months after his side relented in the title run-in to Leicester City.

However, the German is keen for Wenger to stay at the club and insists what he’s done for the Gunners means he’s one of the greatest managers in the history of football.

‘At Arsenal, Arsène Wenger has shown that he is one of the best managers in history,’Ozil told France Football.”

‘He has revolutionized the club and created magnificent success. I am proud and aware of the luxury I have of working for such a coach.”

‘His simple discourse immediately seduced me when I was asking questions about my future in the summer of 2013. He chose the perfect words to convince me. The great strength that Wenger has is he knows how to talk to his players.”

The 27-year-old German has been linked with a move back to La Liga this summer with Barcelona but Ozil insist he’s only focused at Arsenal after a good season at the Emirates.

‘On the pitch, I am always enjoying myself. I am lucky to play in the best league in the world and to be a certain starter at one of the best English clubs,’ continued Ozil.

‘In the Premier League, my enjoyment is very high. As long as I am in perfect physical condition.”

In view of my opinion, Ozil is a fast, resourceful, and practical player; he excels in an advanced play-making role, as a winger on either flank, or as an attacking midfielder through the centre of the pitch.

As per Wikipedia, He is an elegant left-footed player, his main attributes are his vision, his control, movement, passing range, and accurate crossing ability, which allow him to create chances, and provide many assists for his teammates.

Club demand £38 million to part with star-striker

Real Madrid are reportedly “ready to sell” the North London club target Alvaro Morata but are demanding at slightest £38 million if they were to bring back and then part with the striker, according to the reports from Bleacher Reports.

As base on the report from AS’ Sergio Gomez, the 23-year-old has spent the last two seasons at Juventus, but the Los Blancos look set to activate their buy-back clause to re-sign him this summer just before selling him off to the highest bidder.

According to reports from Mark Irewin from the Sun, report has it that the Real can take Morata back to Bernabeu for £24 million and are enthusiastic “get Manchester City and Chelsea involved in bidding of the Spaniard first-rate to push the price even more higher”

However, Irwin added that the North London club are leading the pack in the signing of the 23-year-old striker transfer pursuit and “are ready to meet Real’s asking price”

Also according to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport Witness),
The North London club already have £45.6 million on the cards for the Spaniard – and have done for some time – though it seems unlikely given the Gunners’ history of thrift.

Conversely, the Gunners has at present bucked the trend of last summer by buying in an outfield player in Granit Xhaka – even before the opening of the transfer window – and the player did not come cheap, as per German outlet Kicker via football writer Stefan Bienkowski.
Maybe this summer, #Gunners will finally throw off the shackles of spending big at the Emirates Stadium – as per The Loose Cannon writer – Ojo Olayiwola A.
The Frenchman needs a highly rated top striker in his side as in 2015-16, the Gunners No. 1 front man, Olivier Giroud failed in making a telling impact again, bagging 16 Premier League goals during the campaign, as per WhoScored.com, three among the France international goal came in a largely pointless final-day clash against Aston Villa.

Also according to basis from WhoScored.com, Morata has hardly been productive in his two seasons in Juve – netting 15-goals 2,777 minutes of Serie A football, making a ratio of around one goal per every two game, an incredible performance by player of his age.

Still, with the mammoth potential that shown by the Spaniard, he is likely only to improve as he gains more experience and this can be assured of if he can move to the Emirates.

Morata also has title-winning experience; he has won the Serie A title twice with Juve and won the La Liga once with the Real.
This is not something that can be said of much of the North London club squad, and his huge contribution as Juve got to the UEFA Champions Legue final last season proved, he is a man for the big occasion, as per Squawka Dave:
Somewhere else as per Irwin, reports has it that the Gunners manager is eyeing centre-back Rob Holding of Bolton Wanderers, Gunners making a formal offer of £1.2 million in an attempt to sign the talented 20-year-old to the Emirates.
30-year-old Laurent Koscielny is the only reliable centre-back, and he could not be 99.9% relied on, which means the Gunners need to bolster their defence.

Holding on to him too much could be a terrific long-term addition to Arsenal's back four, as he showed exceptional form for the Trotters last term, winning their 2015-16 Player of the Season award.

Arsenal eyeing £50m raid on Serie A pair

According to the reports from IBT, the North London club manager, Arsene Wenger has recognized Kalidou Koulibaly Napoli defendant and Juventus forward Alvaro Morata as his top targets.

The two Serie A pair would reportedly set Arsenal back £50million this summer – it was formerly valued at £20million and late priced at £30million.

In the heart of defence, the Frenchman is said to consider Koulibaly, 24, to be the perfect partner to Laurent Koscielny and wants Morata, 23, to be the replacement of Giroud as his main striker.

For the moment, as per the reports from French newspaper Le Parisien, report has it that the North London club appear to be closing in on Leicester midfielder N’Golo Kante after the France international is reported to have turned down a new deal from Leicester City, the Premier League champions.

The report also from the source also claim that the 25-year-old midfielder is keen to leave the Premier League champions (Leicester City) despite only joining last summer from Caen.

The 25-year-old France international, who reportedly has a £20m release clause, now said to be open to a move to North London club, but has also attracted interest from the French champions Paris Saint-German.

That is according to French newspaper Le Parisien, who claim the 25-year-old is keen to leave the Foxes despite only joining last summer.
The 25-year-old, who can play on either side of defence, scored six goals and has three assist for the Ligue 1 club.
Premier League rivals Sunderland, are reportedly linked with the former France Under-21 international, but has decided against making a move due to his £11m valuation.
Kante has earned much praise and many plaudits for his reliably extraordinary displays for Leicester City, the 25-year-old who is widely considered a major factor in the Foxes excellent form in the 2015-16 season, dependably making a high number of tackles and interceptions for the Foxes. Reports from the Telegraph also reports that Manchester United and Chelsea are also interested in the Defender who has had a very productive season with Napoli.
Inexperience of Gabriel and the due to aging of Per Mertesacker as widely made the North London club has back be exposed and Mertesacker is believe to be heading towards his final year in contract with the Gunners.

Gunner confirms highly-rated midfielder deal

The North London club has announced the signing of Granit Xhaka of Borussia Monchengladbach, as per the report, the Switzerland star inked “a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee.”

The Gunners confirmed the transfer news on Wednesday via Twitter.
The team Manager, Arsene Wenger has spent big, finally he will have the leading presence in the central midfield, which he has missed since the days of Patrick Vieira.

As per the reports from Arsenal, the team manager give details that the North London club has been eyeing the 23-year-old midfielder for some time.

Manager Arsene Wenger has spent big, but he may finally have the dominant presence in central midfield he has missed since the days of Patrick Vieira. In the intervening time, Xhaka who graduated from FC Basel youth has voiced his excitement at joining the Gunners outfit via Arsenal:

“I’m very proud to be joining Arsenal.”

“I cannot wait to move to London, represent this special club, and play in the Premier League. I will give everything to help Arsenal win trophies and make the fans happy.”

Xhaka is a natural boss on the field of play, having secured the Gladbach captaincy at young age.

The 23-year-old has tested himself at the highest level, during his time in the Bundesliga and with Basel; the Swiss has earned UEFA Champions League experience.

In the main time, his game is significant of the current Bayern Munich veteran pass-master Xabi Alonso. Alonso the 34-year-old former Liverpool and Real Madrid man, the Swiss international can dictate games from deep.

From Patrick Surlis of Sky Sports, it was make known that his former national team boss Ottmar Hitzfeld offered him not the same comparison. He instead viewed Swiss international as a younger version of Bastian Schweinsteiger of Manchester United.

Whichever comparison anyone might favour, Xhaka’s influence is noticeable in most games.

His skill for making himself both a conductor and destroyer in the middle was well appreciated in the North London club.

The former Basel payer captained Gladbach to the fourth position last summer. Xhaka has played four seasons at the Bundesliga for the German club, making 108 appearances and bagging six goals. Xhaka remains on among the exciting talents to watch out for at EURO 2015.

Some among the North London club also shared the pleasure on Twitter over the singing of Xhaka. Some of the tweets are below.

Arsenal eyeing up move for 71-goal super star striker

By means of the Granit Xhaka signing understood to be virtually completed, the North London club are still in need of couple of players away from having a squad that is skilled of earnestly competing in both domestically and in Europe next season.

However, one among the position that still needs addressing more is the ‘up front’.

A skilled and talented world class forward would will be able to made difference in tight games is still seriously being lack at the Emirates and Napoli Striker, Gonzalo Gerardo Higuain could fill that void in the squad.

More forwardly, the need for a replacement, countable striker has been obvious for ages. As far back as 2013, the Frenchman’s came very close to signing the Argentinean forward, Gonzalo Higuain, with the North London club bulked at Real £35million back then for the Argentinean, he joined Napoli instead.

Wenger simply cannot let another summer go without bringing in that kind of player to the Emirates.

Since his signing to the Italy side, Higuain has gone break quite many Serie A records and he has scored many incredible 36-league goals in just 35 games this season.

The Gunners will pay more than £35m this time around has precisely what Arsene Wenger’s side need most his the Argentinean forward lethal finishing which tremendously would change the Gunners squad.

The Frenchman campaign has not been a one off for Higuain though. Higuain, French-born striker has scored phenomenal 71-goals in 104 games since he has joined Napoli in 2013, whereas is record at the Los Blancos was also impressive as he has bagged 107-goals in 190 appearances.
In line for his incredible goal scoring at Napoli last season, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly showing interest in the 28-year-old and, with these two high rated clubs involved, his inquiring price, should Napoli decide to sell him, is expected to exceed £40million.

“Despite the fact that I would prefer to see such a younger forward with tremendous scoring ability be signed to the Emirates, if the Argentinean is interested in joining, the North London club should be willing to pay £40m for his services.”

Arsenal and Wenger knows it that the 28-year-old goals can make all the difference for the Emirates even if only he can performs at his best for two or three seasons at the Emirates.

Olivier Giroud will turns 30 in September, so with this, the Frenchman may prefer to sign a younger alternative targets like Alvaro Morata or Michy Batshuayi.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the side, there are doubts that there would be any world class strikers on the market this summer – so if Wenger is serious about bring in the very best talent to the Emirates this season, he should be already by now be in negotiations with Napoli for the signing of Higuain.

Arsenal manager would have to consider whether he wants to build the squad for the future, or go all out for the title next season in other to appease his intolerant fans who are desperate for Arsenal to mount a serious challenge for the Premier League title.

However, neither would give the club the immediate burst of quality that Higuain could.

Higuain is a hardworking striker and a prolific goal scorer. He is regarded as one of the top strikers of his generation, and is known in particular for his great striking ability as wells as his technical skill and his ability to hold up the ball and lay if off to other players.

He is also widely known for his pace in the final third of the pitch, which makes him an offensive threat during counter-attacks. All this has earned him appraisals with compatriots Gabrieal Batistuta and Hernan Crespo.

Arsenal leading the chase of signing £51million striker deal

As per reports from Standard Sport, the report has it that Massimiliano Allegri, Juventus manager has urged Arsenal target, Alvaro Morata to continue his career at Turin to continue his improving amidst serious interest from the North London club.

On Saturday, the Spaniard scored an extra-time winner goal for the Serie A champions, in the match against AC Milan at Coppa Italia, but it could prove to be his final game in Italy as his former club Real Madrid is preparing to activate his buy-back clause £23.3million (€30m) this summer.

The 24-year-old striker will then be set to be sold out for a profit by the Los Blancos, which could be in favour of the Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger who is on the hunt for a new forward this summer.

From the report last week, report has it that the Gunners made a £51million deal with the Real for Morata. Still, the Juve manager has urged the Spain international to remain at Turin. The manager told Rai Uno Mattina via Forza Italian Football that;

“His goal against Milan is a sign of consistency,”

“He’s a young guy and needs to stay at Juve for a few years, he needs to grow. But I have very strong options in attack.”

“This team is difficult to improve but we must try to do so, by improving the individual players.”

All the same, the Spaniard goal scoring record over the past two seasons at Juventus is far from forbidding, as the most opportune moments.

Morata has developed an inspiring habit of finding the net for Juve side, he scored in the Champions League semi-final and final last season, and netting at the extra time winner last week’s Coppa Italia win over AC Millan.

Morata’s future is up in the air, following two years with the Bianconeri.

Nevertheless, Allegri, who has led Juve to back-to-back Italian doubles, wants the 24-year-old striker to stay put and reject a move - just like the Spanish forward did last year.

Also according to reports, it reveals that Man United and Paris St. German are both interested in signing Morata but the North London as of now are the leading contenders to acquire the 24-year-old, and as it now, the Gunners, I think, will go beyond the £42.4m paid for signing Mesut Ozil to get a new striker this summer.

Swap deal: Arsenal to trade star player for Leicester City star

Reports suggests (Metro) that the north London club and Leicester City have held talks over a promising swap deal involving Riyad Mahrez and Theo Walcott.

The Gunners remain among one of the biggest clubs who are deeply interested in the Mahrez, and Emanuele Giulianelli claims the north London club have been in touch with Leicester City over the 27-year-old Algerian forward.
Leicester City fear losing some of their star players this summer after an astonishing title win this season, as a host of top clubs are interested in Mahrez after his stunning season.

On the other hand, a potential problem is that the Foxes want Walcott as part of the move, though the 27-year-old winger is not keen on a move to the Leicester City.
From my perspective, the signing of Mahrez from Leicester to the Emirates Stadium would certainly be an upgrade on the England international, as he has undergone another disappointing season with the Gunners this season.

Walcott is still on of Arsenal’s highest earners and has only signed a new contract last year, so his departure may not be likely.

The north London club has shown interest in signing another Leicester star N’Golo Kante, who along with Mahrez and Jamie Vardy, is considered as being a major driving force behind the club’s shock Premier League triumph.

Kante's hardworking performances contributed to Leicester City's Premier League title victory this season, which inevitably has attracted the interest of a host of top clubs in the Premier League. Following his low-cost switch for £5.6m from Caen last summer, a buy-out clause is on the 25-year-old's head, which is believed to be roughly £20million.

Are there going to be changes to the squad this summer?

A season that ended in disillusion, even if the last day of the season came with an uproarious experience, how the fans view the squad as it stands always has impact on the team, and the amended that needs to be done to it.

The players who has not done very much as expected is likely to become nonessential, the player is probable possibly to be set adrift on the transfer ocean, substituted by something different, better, shinier and more thrilling.

“I believe it is true in most cases that these are what that is likely to come to pass, but the team manager has to find the right balance, by this means, the team boss has to find the right balance in boosting the squad.”

By mistakenly, if the manager adds too many, he will have to deal with issues of combination and adaptation; add to few, old stories repeat themselves when you are too few.

As per the North London club look set to sign Borussia Monchengladbach star,Granit Xhaka a Swiss international reportedly on the verge of joining the Gunners, Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger will without doubt have more or less thoughtful moments this summer about how he will be building his squad for the next season.

Undoubtedly, there are gaps need to be to fill at the Emirates. Seeing the departures of Mikel Arteta, Tomas Rosicky and Mathieu Flamini, good numbers has to be made up in the squad.

Uncertainties and injuries hit still persist over Jack Wilshere’s ability to stay fit for an entire season; Xhaka signing will definitely provide complexity and good quality to the midfield, which is particularly the area in the squad, which did not function well this season.

More forwardly, the need for a replacement, countable striker has been obvious for ages. As far back as 2013, the Frenchman’s was on quest for Luis Suarez and Gonzalo Higuain this is something he has been open to doing for some time.

Wenger simply cannot let another summer go without bringing in that kind of player to the Emirates.

The Frenchman himself, as he has already admitted that, a new striker in place of Welbeck need to be bought to bolster the team’s attack after Danny Welbeck’s injury, which will be keeping the England international out for nine months – one that Wenger believes will more or less keep him out for most of next season.

A case for the purchase of a new player need to be considered, as he could add something to the wide attacking areas, as a centre-half and perhaps a fullback, subject to what might happen with certain players on the fringes of the first team.

Nevertheless, some measure of reliability need to be keep up. It is not possible for the manager to wipe the entire slate clean and start again.

Hitherto a time would certainly come when decision about a player has to be decided by the manager and whether or not influence is adequate as there are number of players who spring to mind.

10-years of Theo Walcott’s at the Emirates have delivered exactly wonderful moments, nonetheless not much in the way of stability. Wenger has appeared unwilling to give to Walcott enough playing time and with this, it has melt down the 29-year-old to be a bit-part player for the Gunners.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain would also be on the thought of the Frenchman as well, for this season has been a regressive one rather than seeing he developed and as he is heading into the final two years of his contract, decision over this has to be concluded as well.

Fundamentally, will Welbeck’s exist from the squad nine months is to be expected that North London club will retain Walcott? “I do not know the answer to this,” but if Wenger has made up his mind, he should be set to let Walcott out of the Emirates and replace him with an improved person

Not all those comings and goings will happen at the Emirates this summer, but these are still problems the Wenger will have to deal with when this summer arrives.

The manager job is not just about buying new players; it's about making room for them when they arrive, as there are players in the squad who might want to leave themselves.

For instance, David Ospina being No. 1 for Colombia is likely not to accept spending another season on the bench, player known to be anxious to play regularly is Kieran Gibbs.

Joes Campbell as well would feel his best chance of playing week in and week out is by going to a club where full trust of his manager would be certain, this is something that is clearly not certain from his relationship with the Frenchman.

Wenger his notably to take actual time off; this season appears to be one of the busiest and most challenging season for Wenger in his 20 years at Arsenal.

Will Arsene Wenger truly to a great extent make changes to Arsenal squad this season?
